INSTALLING 3RD PARTY ANROID AND iOS APPS

Many of the different Gaming Systems have Apps that are not on the Apple (iOS) or Android (Play) store.  Because the Apps are not on the 2 App Stores, the mobile device user needs to authorize the App before it can be used. 

Downloading and authorizing the apps is easy, follow the below steps.

Android Installing 3rd Party Apps

Android Devices

Installing the 3rd party applications for some of the Gaming Systems takes extra steps.  Below are the steps for how to allow a 3rd party app if you are having difficulty with installation:  

    1. In Chrome go to website that has download link
    2. Click install / download (app begins to download)
    3. Go to Settings
    4. Go to General
    5. Go to Device Management
    6. For the app you are trying to download, select "Trusted Enterprise Developers"
    7. After installation the new 3rd part App will be on your App list

From there the app is installed, and your Customer can enter their Account and Password and click login.

iOS Installing 3rd Party Apps

  1. In Safari (not Chrome) go to website that has download link
  2. Click install / download (app downloads in background)
  3. Go to Settings
  4. Go to General
  5. Go to Device Management
  6. For the app you are trying to download, select "Trusted Enterprise Developers"
  7. After installation the new 3rd part App will be on your App list

 From there the app is installed, and your Customer can enter their Account and Password and click login.
