We guarantee that the credits you purchase from us work on the gaming system provided.

If the credits do not work, you are issued a full refund. If a gaming system begins to malfunction or becomes disabled, we guarantee your remaining credits by setting you up with new points on an alternate gaming system.

If a gaming system does not work for you and you do not want to use an alternative gaming system, you can request a refund within 3 days of receiving access to the software.

After 3 days or once the product has been used, we will issue a partial refund based on your software usage. To request a refund, please call your personal ICG Representative.
