Dos and Don'ts

DOs:

Check your reports DAILY. Your Sales Reports should match with your cash on hand reports. This catches theft early on.

Plan for the Unexpected.
- This is a simple business, but you will have weeks where the system redeems more than it takes in.
- On the very rare occasion, this does not happen, but it is better to budget for a worst-case scenario, and never need it.

Ask for Help.
- Please feel free to give us a call with any questions you may have, at any point during this process.

Let us know if one of our Gaming Systems is behaving strangely. 99% of the time things are fine, but we still need to check everything. This is your business, we can’t leave anything to chance.

Print the Manuals for each Gaming System everywhere you and your cashiers will be conducting transactions

Contact us if you have any client issues, we are happy to review and help solve.
DON'Ts:

Share your admin login to all your employees or team members.

Finance your Business through Debt.
- Start with enough cash to manage your business, and always have a cash buffer. Having tight finances adds unnecessary stress to your business.

Allow your staff to play your Gaming Systems.
- Encourage them to play at someone else's business.
